Founder & Security Chief

Raised in Topeka, Kansas, Lammer grew up learning the value of hard work and service while helping in his family’s jewelry store and rental property business. Those early lessons in responsibility and customer care shaped the dedication he brings to every client today.

His entrepreneurial spirit showed early—after graduating from Shawnee Heights in 2014, he earned his certificate from the Missouri School of Auctioneering and launched L&H Auctioneers in Topeka. Around that same time, he entered the security field and discovered his true calling: protecting people, businesses, and communities. Over the years, his leadership and expertise have taken him across the Kansas City metro and beyond, rising through the ranks to serve as Security Chief.

Lammer is proud to hold multiple industry certifications, including:

• International Association of Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) – Advanced Supervisor

• Crisis Intervention and De-escalation

• Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, First Aid, and AED

• Stop the Bleed (American Heart Association)

For him, security is about more than safeguarding property—it’s about serving with integrity, professionalism, and respect for people’s rights. He’s known for his calm, confident presence and his ability to build trust with both clients and teams.

While he’s worn many hats in the industry, patrol work remains his favorite—because there’s nothing more important to him than ensuring clients can rest easy knowing their safety is in capable hands. His mission is simple: to provide reliable, professional security services that put people first.

Security Captain

Rodecap brings a strong, hands-on background to the security industry, with training and certifications in both auto and diesel mechanics from Washburn Tech, part of Washburn University. His experience spans manufacturing, construction, mechanics, and security—earning him a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and a steady presence under pressure.

Today, he works alongside his father in a subcontractor construction business, where hard work, dedication, and problem-solving are values he applies on every job site and in every client interaction. That same commitment carries into his leadership role in security, where he ensures safety with a disciplined, client-focused approach.

Outside of work, Rodecap is a devoted husband and proud father of a young son. His family is at the heart of everything he does, grounding his work ethic and fueling his drive. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and riding motorcycles—a passion he shares with his dad.
